APC Abeokuta South LG Receives Abiodun loyalists

The loyalists of the former Governor of Ogun State, Senator Ibikunle Amosun who defected to the caucus of the All Progressives Congress, APC led by the State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun on Wednesday, met with the leaders of APC in Abeokuta South Local Government.

The decampees  were received by the party chairman, Hon. Henry Fagbenro, popularly known as Agbomola in 

The APC chairman, Hon. Henry Fagbenro told Amosun's loyalists that they have  made the right decisions by joining forces with the progressive group. 

He said Abiodun-led APC would be glad to work with them, adding that the interest of the state surpasses any other.

Fagbenro  added that, unity in the party will make it stronger and more focused on its growth and development agenda.

He said, "We are happy that you have made the right decision to join Abiodun in State building for a better Ogun State.

"We assure that there will be no discrimination, afterall, we are all APC members. I want us to work together for a better Ogun State under APC."

Osun LG Election: Ife North Students Organize Debate For Chairmanship Aspirants

The National Forum of Ife North Students has concluded plans to organise a debate for the three Chairmanship Aspirants in the local government ahead of the forthcoming Osun 2025 LG election. According to the students in a statement made available to BEYOND AFRICA on Sunday, the debate would allow the leading aspirants to present their plans and visions for the community and also allow residents to engage directly with the aspiring leaders.
