Indigenes of Osogbo, Osun State under the aegis of Osogbo Affairs Forum (OSAF) have congratulated the National Secretary of All Progressive Congress (APC), Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru on his appointment as the Chairman of National Sugar Development Council.
